IV Infusions are performed every day across the country in outpatient clinics, emergency departments, hospitals, and surgery centers, and they are extremely safe procedures, without anticipated complications
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions with your selected treatments, you certify that you meet these minimum conditions, which would contraindicate the safety of an intravenous (IV) fluid hydration in your private location:
a) you are not scheduling these services for a life threatening illness. If you are suffering from a life threatening illness, please call 911 and emergency medical services;
b) you agree to the risks associated with the placement of an intravenous catheter, including but not limited to: pain on insertion; incorrect placement necessitating corrective placement; bleeding; extravasation of fluid and medication; infection;
c) you certify that you do not have acute or chronic medical illnesses which would be exacerbated by intravenous fluid therapy, including but not limited to: congestive heart failure, heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, diastolic heart failure, pulmonary artery hypertension, chronic kidney disease, currently requiring dialysis or may be expecting dialysis, extremity edema with or without treatment involving compression stockings or diuretics, liver disease including cirrhosis, portal hypertension, or ascites.
You are advised to exercise your own further informed review, judgment, and evaluation in the selection of any and all services. The website is provided by ASAP IVs on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ASAP IVs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, products, or individuals included or listed on the website. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, ASAP IVs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall ASAP IVs or providers be liable to you or any third-party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits and business interruption, whether in contract or in tort, including negligence, arising in any way from any product or service sold or provided on the website or the use of the information or the results of the use of the information provided on the website. In no event shall ASAP IVs liability exceed the price you paid for a product or service that is the subject of the claim.
As with any medical procedure, there are small risks associated with the placement of an intravenous catheter. These risks are small, but including excessive bleeding and infection.
Medications will be properly cared for by the administering provider. Should any acute complication arise, you will agree that you will waive complaint against the company “ASAP IVs” and seek acute medical treatment involving 911 and emergency medical services, accompanying the help and direction of your provider.

The services provided have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
